So, you've survived your weekend, and are home safe.

Now what?

Let's start with some basics. Evaluate yourself and your status. Are you tired? Are you hungry? Are you sore?

So, here comes the all inclusive order of operations:
  1. Set your bags out of the way - You may be tempted to just dump them, but you don't want yourself (or anyone else) tripping on them.
  2. Grab a quick, and healthy snack - This will give your body something to work on, and work with, until you can get to a solid meal. It's a stop-gap measure, but it really helps.
  3. Grab a hot, soapy shower - Let's be honest, you've been traveling and partying for several days. While you may have showered on the road, a good hot soak will ease stiff muscles, and your own soap and shampoo will help you feel (and smell) like yourself.
  4. Crawl into bed and take a two hour nap - Just a quick recharge to get you through until bed time.
  5. Get a solid meal - A filling and nutritious meal to help your body recover from the strain you put on it over the weekend.
  6. Unpack - Yup, time to get those bags squared away, get the dirty clothes into the laundry, the costumes up on hangers...
    All that jazz
  7. Get to bed early - Yeah, you took a nap to take the edge off, but you need a solid 8 hours to really get back to normal. Even if that means crawling into bed at 9:00 pm, so you can be up by 6:00 am.

Photos
Yup, you went photo crazy. Now you want to share your fun with the world. Flicker, Tumblr, Facebook. Whereever you post your pics, please bear in mind that if someone says, "Hey, I'm in this pic you posted, but I don't want anyone to see me there," you should be gracious enough to either take down the pic, or blur them out. (most people prefer you remove the pic)

Following Up With New Friends
You met a bunch of new people over the weekend, and now you have a bunch of new friend requests out. Don't get twisted up if it takes a few days for some of them to get back to you. Also, don't be offended if one or two don't want to accept a friend request. Most times, it's something simple like, "I don't use this site," or "I only use this site to keep up with my local friends." Don't take it personally.
