So, before you can set foot in a convention, you need to prepare. Tickets, transportation,
reservations, packing... There's really a lot to think about. If the convention you are
going to is local, then you can skip some parts and not worry if you leave something at home
accidentally, but if you're out of town, you have one shot to get it all right.
